Swimmers in this group have a high level of competitive and training experience. This group is designed to transition swimmers from a beginning national level athlete to an elite level national and international athlete.

This group incorporates high volume training, energy cycles, sprint work, stroke refinement, stroke cycles, heart rate training and goal setting. This group also trains dry land 45 minutes each day incorporating running, core work, calisthenics, tubing, isometrics, mental training and video taping breakdowns. This group also includes above and underwater video taping weekly.

This group is invited to a training camp in the spring to different destinations each year, such as Arizona, California, Hawaii and Florida. This group travels in the United States and internationally for competitions and training. Some of the places this group has traveled to outside of the United States are Japan and Hong Kong.

The swimmers in this group train eight practices per week, including three in the morning. The morning sessions are trained with the Olympic/ National team as one group. This group generally competes at New England Senior Championships, Speedo Sectional Series and Junior Nationals.
