Swimmers in this group have the highest level of competitive and training experience. The swimmers in this group have a high volume of training and single practices are based on personal goal orientation.
These swimmers will train as a group in the morning session and will be trained based on goal objectives in the evening sessions. Training incorporates dry land and water work.
Dry land sessions are held every evening for 45 minutes incorporating running, core work, calisthenics, tubing, isometrics, mental training and video breakdowns. This group includes above water and underwater taping weekly.
The swimmers in this group will participate in a spring training camp in different destinations each year such as, Arizona, California, Hawaii and Florida. The swimmers in this group will compete and train throughout the United States and internationally. Some of the places this group has traveled to outside of the United States are Italy, Japan, Hong Kong and Puerto Rico.
This group trains eight sessions per week. The swimmers in this group generally compete at New England Senior championships, Junior Nationals, US Open, Senior Nationals, Olympic Trials and the Olympics.
