What: Structured swim instruction, geared to promote water safety and skill
progressions. This multi-level program runs from preschool through school age
swim lessons. Classes are kept to a small 5:1 ratio where confidence in
the pool and safety are stressed.

Instructionals (Private Lessons)
What: Individualized swim
instruction, geared to promote water safety and skill progressions. This
individualized program is for all levels of swimmers who are looking to
learn the four competitive strokes in addition to other skills such as
diving, jumping, underwater swimming and basic rescue skills and safety
procedures.
When: Monday through Friday. Private lessons are by appointment only.

Stroke Improvement
What:
Private to small group instruction geared towards competitive and/or proficient
swimmers of all ages. This individualized program includes in depth stroke
analysis, drill work and concentration on stroke improvement and refinement
through mechanical coordination and stroke efficiency. Individualized programs
will be reviewed and overseen by Joe Bernal, Olympic Coach / Head Coach of
Bernal’s Gator Swim Club. Coach Bernal led the Harvard Crimson to numerous Ivy
League, NCAA Division 1 and Olympic championships.
When:
Monday through Friday. Other
days/times may be made available, but all stroke improvement sessions are by
appointment only.
